This policy applies to eligible services purchased directly from PM SALES AND MARKETING LLC.
Where substantive work has not begun and no non-recoverable project expenses have been incurred, payments may be eligible for refund subject to the applicable agreement.
Once work begins, amounts attributable to completed work may be non-refundable. Any remaining amount will be reviewed based on project status, applicable agreements, and expenses already incurred.
Projects may require travel, studio or equipment reservations, advertising, media placements, software, research platforms, survey costs, printing, licensing, production resources, contractors, or other third-party expenses. Non-refundable amounts already committed to third parties may not be refundable where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
Services that have been fully performed and delivered are generally not refundable solely because a client later decides not to use the completed deliverables.
Please include your customer or company name, invoice or transaction reference, payment date, service purchased, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method where possible.
Scheduled photography, meetings, research activities, or other professional services may be rescheduled subject to availability and project terms. Costs resulting from late changes or non-refundable third-party commitments may remain payable.
