These Terms govern this website and professional services provided by PM SALES AND MARKETING LLC.
We provide public relations, marketing research, public opinion polling, photography, communications, campaign content, and related professional services. Exact scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities may be defined in a proposal, quotation, invoice, statement of work, or separate agreement.
Fees depend on project scope, complexity, resources, production requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in U.S. dollars. Projects may require deposits, milestone payments, advance payments, or final payments.
Delivery schedules depend on project complexity and client cooperation. Delays caused by incomplete information, approvals, scope changes, third parties, or events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Clients must provide accurate information, necessary materials and approvals, and ensure they have rights to any material supplied for use in a project.
Ownership and licensing of final deliverables are determined by the applicable project agreement. PM SALES AND MARKETING LLC retains its pre-existing methodologies, systems, templates, processes, and know-how unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Some projects may require external platforms, vendors, software, travel providers, research systems, media placements, or contractors. We are not responsible for failures caused exclusively by third parties outside our reasonable control.
Our services may not be used for fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PM SALES AND MARKETING LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Florida.
